Privacy policy

This site is run by Ecozenin. It collects personal information in one place only: the warranty registration form.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• The product you registered and its purchase date.
• Whether you asked to hear about new products.

The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To keep a record of your warranty and handle any claim.
• To email you about new products, only if you ticked that box. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who handles it for us

Registrations are stored with Google Firebase, which also hosts this site. It processes the information only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration for the length of the warranty and up to two years after it ends, in case of a late question about a claim.

Your choices

Email support@ecozenin.com to see, correct or delete your registration, or to stop marketing emails. We act on requests within 30 days.
