One-year limited warranty

Ecozenin warrants each product to the original buyer against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

What we do

If a covered defect appears within the year, we repair the product, replace it, or refund the price you paid. We choose which, and we cover the shipping for a replacement.

What isn't covered

• Accidental damage, misuse or alteration.
• Damage from installing or hanging the product in a way the instructions don't describe.
• Normal wear, including gradual fading or colour change.
• Products bought from anyone other than Ecozenin's official Amazon store.

How to claim

Email support@ecozenin.com with a photo of the problem and proof of purchase, such as your Amazon order confirmation. Registering your warranty isn't required, but it speeds things up.

Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state, and nothing here limits them. To the extent the law allows, Ecozenin isn't liable for incidental or consequential damages; some states don't allow that limit, so it may not apply to you.
